Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery within India is free. International shipping is chargeable, and the applicable shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout when you enter your delivery location.
Custom-made orders: Usually dispatched within 5–7 days.
Ready-to-ship items: Usually dispatched within 2–3 days.
As each Rox & Oak product is carefully handcrafted, processing times may occasionally vary slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Important: These are dispatch/processing times, not the final delivery time. The courier delivery time depends on the destination.
India: Delivery is free on all orders.
International: Shipping charges apply and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order.
India: Delivery is free on all orders. A ₹50 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee applies to eligible COD orders.
International: Shipping charges apply and are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location. COD is not available for international orders; all international orders must be paid online at checkout.
Once your order is placed, the tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS. You can use our Order Tracking page directly through our delivery partner’s portal. While we aim to support you at every stage, any delays caused by the courier service are beyond our control. If you are unreachable and the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and we will arrange an alternative delivery.

Natural markings on leather, minor colour variations in leather, and slight differences in weave patterns are normal characteristics and not considered defects. Please refer to the
Damage & Defects section for clarity.
We accept returns or exchanges if:
• The item is defective
• The wrong item was delivered
• The item was damaged during shipping
Important: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns for:
• Personal reasons (such as change of mind or style preference)
• Items that have been used, even once
• Items damaged after delivery (scratches, stains, wear, etc.)
• Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery
We carefully inspect and securely package every Rox & Oak product before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and follow these steps:
1. Contact us within 24 hours
Please send clear photos of the product, packaging, and visible damage within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us assess the issue and assist you promptly.
2. Keep the product and packaging intact
Please retain the product in the condition received, along with:
- Original packaging and box
- Tags and labels
- All accessories or included items
3. Do not use or alter the product
Please avoid using, repairing, cleaning, or modifying the product until we have reviewed your claim.
4. Our team will review your claim
Once we receive the required photos and details, our team will assess the issue and guide you through the appropriate resolution.
Please note: Natural variations in leather texture, grain, and colour are characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered manufacturing defects.

At ROX&OAK Leather Goods, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every product we create. Each piece is carefully handcrafted using premium vegetable-tanned leather, designed to develop character and beauty over time.
We offer:
Full leather products: 1-year warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that impact the durability or functionality of your product. In the rare case that a product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an item of similar value. Please note that natural variations in leather may result in slight differences in color or texture in replacement items.
Our warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship, including:
Hardware Issues: Broken buckles, rivets, zippers, or other metal components
Stitching Problems: Stitches that unravel due to manufacturing defects
Structural Defects: Separation of leather seams or tears caused by production faults
We will repair covered issues free of charge.
The warranty focuses on functionality and manufacturing defects. It does not cover:
Natural Aging and Patina: Darkening, softening, or development of lustre over time
Surface Marks: Minor scratches, scuffs, or wear that occur with regular use
Spills & Stains: Water, food, or other accidental stains
Improper Use: Overloading, exposure to extreme moisture, heat, chemicals, or harsh cleaning agents
Accidental Damage: Tears, rips, deep scratches, or damages caused by misuse
Proper care ensures your leather products age beautifully:
Store in the breathable cotton dust bag provided, in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight
Gently wipe off dust with a soft cotton cloth
Avoid contact with oil-based substances, pens, or harsh chemicals
For water-based spills, pat dry immediately with a clean white cloth and allow to air dry
Vegetable-tanned leather naturally develops a patina, which is a mark of authenticity and quality. This change is normal and desirable.
During Warranty: ROX&OAK Leather Goods covers all shipping costs for approved repairs or replacements
Post-Warranty: Customers are responsible for shipping charges for any repairs or servicing
Even after your warranty expires, we offer affordable repair and conditioning services to keep your product in excellent condition.
