1. Shipping Coverage

• We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India, including metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 towns, and remote locations.
• International shipping is available for selected countries. Charges and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated during checkout.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
• You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing the order.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times within India:

• Metro cities: 2–5 working days

• Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 4–7 working days

• Remote locations: 7–10 working days

• Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Shipping Charges (India)

• Free shipping on orders above ₹500

• ₹80 shipping fee for orders below ₹500

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 additional handling charge

International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated dynamically during checkout based on:

• destination country

• parcel weight

• courier partner

Custom duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

• incorrect address

• unreachable phone number

• customer unavailable

the courier partner will attempt delivery again.

If the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damages or Issues on Delivery

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If the parcel has already been accepted, notify us within 24 hours with photos or videos so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
